Proper nutrition is an essential component of health care and can help lower your risk of heart disease and stroke. Individuals with a variety of conditions and illnesses can improve their overall health and quality of life with a wholesome diet.

As part of our commitment to improving the health in our community there is no charge for diabetes education and nutrition counseling services, but a physician referral is required.

We see patients 18 years of age and older and have appointments available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
